Visited on a sunny Sunday morning . Boating activity going on , thousands of birds on the water. Couple of free parking areas. Looked like a couple of skate parks and over looks a rugby pitch. Flat circular easy route around the reservoir for pushchairs , bikes, lots of place to rest if needed. Quite a few anglers who said fish included pike , perch roach etc. Axbridge short drive away.
Perfect if you want to a walk around the reservoir, experience nature it's 2 Km if you want to walk around, dog friendly and free parking available too.
Free car park in close proximity to the reservoir
What a lovely walk, circular and the dog loved it. It was mildly moist on our walk but this did not stop the enjoyment. Wonderful seeing the various wildlife in particular the range of bird, which was outstanding. Next to skateboard park, ruby field and large open spaces. the car park is plentiful and well maintained. What a lovely local asset.
