Decided to give it a day before writing this to see if my thoughts on this subsided. Unfortunately not…  Popped in yesterday as I needed some paperwork printing urgently and thought they might be able to help. I’ve never felt like more of an inconvenience to the staff in all my life!  I visited the first counter and the lady behind didn’t bother looking up, but mumbled something incoherent. I asked pardon and she rudely said ‘I’m not working, can’t you see the red folder up?!’ Apparently I’d missed the memo that a red folder means someone isn’t working… Oh well. Let’s try someone else.  So I went to the lady on the next counter who I asked whether I could do some printing. She said yes, but then quickly said I couldn’t do it off my phone which she saw in my hand. Good thing I’d brought a USB with my documents on with me, right?! Alas, can’t print off that either… I asked exactly what I can I print then?! A bit puzzled as to how I can print something without getting the files to them. Turns out I can only do photocopying which isn’t exactly helpful when I want to print off some new documents. Throughout the whole interaction the lady gave an air of arrogant and snootiness, and was very condescending, as though I should have known this. I felt like the biggest hindrance to her and her colleagues’ days. I’ve worked in retail for 20 years and would never speak to someone like that, or make them feel like they’re too much trouble. Ended up getting my passport photocopied and went on my way.  Given two stars as the second lady did point the phone shop down the road where I could get my printing done, but I won’t be returning here for any other postal services, photocopying or printing obviously in the future.

Staff really rude and really need to rethink their attitude. I went to pick up a parcel I’d had redirected to here. After queuing and being called over to a counter, I asked the lady serving me if I “could please pick up my parcel?” I had my ID in hand and was ready to show her my email confirmation for collection, but before I could ask what other information she needed to locate it she started huffing and puffing and waving her hands around in annoyance. She then responded sharply with “well what is it? Evri? Royal Mail? DPD?” Her attitude was as if I’d asked her to walk across the multiple continents of the earth to find it for me and honestly if I hadn’t needed my parcel I would’ve just walked out.  She then returned with the parcel and called me “love” when handing it over which really does not make up for the lack of manners and basic respect that clearly has not been taught to this individual. I used to use this place quite often but most definitely will not now & will advise others to stay away too as I’d much rather not be spoken to as if I’m dirt on the bottom of someone’s shoe.

female staff are rude, male staff are polite. I drive to councilor lane post office just to avoid this post office because of the staffs attitude.  on a side note i havnt visited in 3 months so maybe it has changed.

Honestly, what is the point of having a direct telephone number, if you're not willing to answer it. The whole service is a disgrace, I've been waiting for the SO to deliver to the POwhich are next door to each other for 5 days now, it's a joke. I've put in two complaints with customer services, but I'm still being left in limbo about my package. It's infuriating, as I really need it, but I can't get access to it.

There’s plenty of parking behind Tesco just walk through Rectory Way down the side of Tesco and cross the road. Plus you pass Henshaws House of Chocolate for a chocolate/coffee/cake treat!

I wish it opened later like in the city centre but I cannot fault the service or the staff. I'm always anxious and clueless about the things I need to do when I'm in there and they always make me so comfortable and explain everything so clearly and politely. Even when I've been really annoying asking and asking for driving licence  forms every week. I must have had it sent back 20 times. But in my experience staff here are wonderful chatty and kind hearted towards all customers, even the annoying ones who are drunk, shouting and even the ones that smell disgusting.
