I sometimes walk around Tower of London and always have a bubble tea here... I recommend coming here, especially for the original Chatime milk tea. Very authentic and the staff is lovely too

A hidden gem! Kind employee and tasty bubble tea. It can be a bit difficult to find the place since you need to go down some stairs close to Costa. You have a beautiful view outside of Chatime to enjoy your bubble tea.

I went to order some bubble tea and the employee did not even acknowledge my presence. Instead, they continued to watch their tv show on their phone. Felt like I was more of a nuisance than anything else.
