It's a small, cool space with regular and digital order placing options. I ordered the matchas tea with brown sugar pearls and it was quite nice. I love that they have sugar and ice options which lets you choose the quantity of sugar and ice.Food: 5/5
I ordered a Taiwanese style drink there after a meal in another Chinese restaurant. The staff was so nice to explain various drinks. The environment was peaceful and nice for friends chatting. What a joyful tea time.
I had a nice time here catching up with a old friend. We got good recommendations on the bubble teas to try and I loved the Matcha tea. Nice song playlist too and got more excited when I heard an afrobeat song.Recommended dishesMatch Red Bean Frappe, Lychee Black
I love Bubble tea and the bubble tea here is really good. We took a variety of bubble tea flavours and all tasted good. The best one was Honey Dew Milk Tea. However very limited choices in flavour for Milk tea- I wanted Mango Milk Tea and they didn’t have it. But overall very nice bubble tea. Deffo recommend this to bubble tea lovers. Staff are friendly too and nice interior.
one of the smoothest tasting drinks of boba i’ve ever had. had the chocolate mousse, with no ice and 30% sugar and brown sugar pearls, and it was still rich, creamy, sweet and the milk they used was cold! a rarity in most boba shops as their milk is generally tepid. the staff was so sweet and patient. the ambience is very calming, with soft pop playing in the back and many tables to sit down and enjoy your drink. will make this my permanent boba spot!
If I could I would give no stars. I ordered for delivery on the app and my order did not arrive. So I called and they told me I must call customer service to enquire about a delivery driver. The worst part was they hung up on me as i was asking them about delivery charges and would not take my call. The drinks must have been sat there for over an hour and they expected me to accept them. This is incompantcy no contest
I bought a peach milk tea which didn’t taste nice asked for a replacement but didn’t get any replacement nor refund. The customer service received by Daniel was very rude , he checked the drink and gave back the same drink.
I've gone multiple times to this location in the past few months, and every time I go they seem to be sold out of what I try to order. Pearls, different drinks listed on the menu. The staff themselves seem very friendly and honest which I appreciate, and I do hope to try something soon so I can give a proper review. I'd probably just recommend for signage advertising drinks to be removed as soon as its sold out to avoid disappointment?
Chatime is the best place for boba. Cannot stress that enough.Food: 5/5
Lovely customer service, great drink and its lovely inside. I first discovered Chatime in Scotland, and its the same, great quality and nice people. I would recommend!
