My daughter recently engaged Enfield Windows to fit her stunning bi-fold doors, and my new patio doors were fitted exactly to my specification. They have completely changed the light and feel of the room which is both my kitchen and work room. From first contact to the end, a seamless service, straightforward, professional and quick to respond. I can highly recommended them.
Team from survey to fitting were professional, courteous and had great attention to detail. Given our home is an old victorian property, there were some issues that arose during fitting due to the age of the property. The team were great and resolving these and were great at communicating with us throughout the installation. We had the PVC replica sash windows installed - they are beautifully made and fit in very well with the aesthetics of the property. Would highly recommend!
Absolutely spell blinding service, Nick & his team have fulfilled a very complex project, bifold doors, windows & composite front door. All timed to perfection with numerous delays to our building work, super accommodating and I’ve recommended them to my neighbours and will certainly use them for my future replacements. I would give 6 star but didn’t have the option. Well done Enfield Windows !
Excellent service, the fitters arrived on time and did a great job replacing several windows and a set of patio doors. Very efficient, high standard of work and they tidied up everything after themselves. Highly recommended.
I would definitely recommend Enfield Windows. They were helpful and professional at every step of the way, from when they initially quoted for the job right the way through to installation. The windows are great and have made a real difference to the comfort of our home, and look great too.
Enfield Windows entire team have been helpful from start to finish!! We took ages researching which windows to install and looked at a wide range of companies. The products are of such quality they have no need for 'hard selling' which made me feel comfortable right away. They helped us look at all options and in the end we went for reinstating timber sashes. We are absolutely thrilled - they look great, the air flow is amazing especially after our very old upvc double glazed units and the sound quality is superb - so much quieter than before. Also their price point is very competitive. Installation took 2 days and the guys were super friendly and tidy too. Would highly recommend!!
From the initial survey to final fit, the service with Enfield Windows was A*. The general handling, workmanship and knowledge of windows as a whole wax so informative, seamless and clean! The team from the top to bottom not only ensured that we saw true value for money but with the utmost highest quality & integrity. A special mention to John & Jason who quickly understood our scope and rolled out our vision into reality. True gents of the industry and a collective group to go with it! Delighted to work alongside these guys and couldn't recommend Enfield Windows enough!
Couldn't be happier with my new windows. From being able to go into a London showroom and discussing options to the installation, the team at Enfield Windows have been amazing and made the whole process really easy. Would definitely use them again.
We would defintely recommend Enfield Windows, good quality workmanship , they did a great job. Very focused workers, who were polite and competent and cleaned up all debris created. Very happy with our new windows.
I have purchased twice from Enfield windows and their customer service ahead of and during installation is excellent. However, once the account is fully paid, their follow up is awful. I am missing a small cover from one of my windows fitted in early October. I have telephoned and email on numerous occasions and am promised it is on its way. No call backs and emails are completely ignored. It is a tiny cover, but the windows are not complete. Disappointing.
