I would not recommend this home. I had a difficult time working with management for the best outcome for my mother. I had Power of Attorney which counted for nothing. Mom allegedly upset other residents by asking to go home, so needed to be tranquillised apparently. I disagreed. The manager can get upset if questioned. So mom was reassessed I was not invited, as usual and found to have additional needs which required her to be moved. But this did not come to pass as mom had a fall in her room, hit her head, and the 12 hour wait for medical attention sealed her fate.
Do not send your loved ones to this “ facility “. Staff are uncooperative and unfriendly apart from Della, Sam & Jade They continually put obstacles in the way of contacting mom, it’s not always Covid from not answering phones, to no wi-fi/ phone signal, to loud background noise, insufficient visiting arrangements. I believe they either can’t get staff, don’t train them properly and or don’t retain good ones !!! Watch out for the “ Wardens “ Jenny and Jody, they are rude and belligerent !!!!! Mom is safely out now, after 9 months, I had to wait until she moved before I posted this as I honestly wouldn’t trust them. Stephen Davies
They're doing a great job considering Covid restrictions, a well run and caring staff make this a special place for the elderly. They're looking after my 91 year old mom under very trying conditions and doing it we'll.
Fantastic care and wonderful staff who always go the extra mile. This applies to both residents and the family members . Cannot recommend highly enough.
Great staff,care for the elderly very good.
