Bought P50 piano. 6 keys now broken despite fairly infrequent playing. Called for support but just outside year warrantee and no support was forthcoming.
I am delighted with my service from Chase Direct. I received my Kawai CN39 on the date I was told it would arrive, and this is during the Covid-19 situation. Piano looks and sounds beautiful. Thanks to all the peeps at Chase who made this possible.

I have bought two of the same model guitar made by shine one had parts missing from the Floyd rose tremolo and the next one the Floyd rose tremolo wouldn't stay in tune I asked for a discount so I could purchase another tremolo but they said send it back.
Bit disappointed as I personally took the trouble to visit the shop for classical guitar strings which were £5.99 when I could have had them delivered to my door from the same ship for less than £3. Lesson learned.
Absolutely fantastic. I adore my beautiful guitar, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Honestly can't recommend them enough :
