We are delighted with our new kitchen from Charter Walk. The quality of the products, the workmanship and design are all excellent. Ben and his team were friendly and professional from start to finish. The whole project was managed seamlessly and everything was delivered and completed to schedule. Highly recommend!
We are delighted with our kitchen from Charter Walk. The quality is fantastic & Ben and the team could not have provided better service from accommodating our design changes all the way through to the installation. Our project also included an extension to the existing kitchen & dining room, Ben recommended a great builder and the whole project ran to plan.
Through a combination of show room and home visits Ben delivered a vision for our kitchen by providing two contrasting design options, one of which we chose. He spent time getting to know us, and our life style, even organising a visit to Bora in London for a demonstration. His talent as a designer came before selling - actually there was very little selling! Charter Walk’s customer service approach meant that we were fully informed at each and every stage of the project. It felt like they were keen for us to maintain our time schedules despite the supply chain challenges impacting the delivery at that time. We now have a stunning high quality contemporary kitchen that allows our culinary lifestyle to be centre stage. We have no hesitation at all in recommending Charter Walk.
We are absolutely thrilled with our Charter Walk kitchen. We have never had a new kitchen before and were slightly overwhelmed by the options and choices. We opted for a German handleless Beeck kitchen. We were given such sensible advice and they made sure they knew how we would be using our space before designing the kitchen to make the best use of it. I had no idea where best to position the bin, dishwasher, sink, oven, fridge, etc. Charter Walk's design is spot on. Our kitchen is now a dream to use! We even took their advice re the tiling on the majority of our ground floor and we're very happy with that too. Even sneaked in a boiling water tap - don't know how I lived without it! THANK YOU!

Throughout the entire building process they liaised with the builders and us to ensure a smooth installation. Simon, Paul and Alan did an amazing job installing the kitchen and were especially good at focusing on the finer details. From the start of our search for our chosen kitchen designer, Ben Gane at Charter Walk stood out from the crowd. Even though he offers bespoke kitchens at the top end of the market which should sell themselves, his attention to details and his clients’ wishes are paramount. His professionalism guarantees that your finished kitchen ends up being what you wanted and not what he might think you need. As importantly, his offer is backed up with a very reliable team of trades who are fun to work with and go the extra mile to ensure your installation is delivered to the highest standards and on time. We have no hesitation in recommending Charter Walk.
Charter Walk designed and fitted our kitchen nearly three years ago now. They were absolutely brilliant. Ben had to design the kitchen from a floor plan as the kitchen extension wasn’t finished and was still being built. He had a wonderful design-led vision for the space, had great ideas and took our hopes and dreams on board and came up with a fabulous plan with meticulous attention to all the details. The whole team were superb from start to finish. Totally professional with us and with the builders who were still on site. Three years on and the kitchen still looks as new. Any snags were sorted with no questions asked. Fantastic company and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. I see there is a bad review. Can in no way believe they are talking about the same company disgruntled competitor? - I would definitely use them again. I wish they did bathrooms too!
Ben and the team did a fantastic job of designing, supplying and fitting our kitchen at a very competitive price. For only a moderate step up from high street brand prices we have ended up with an amazing custom kitchen and utility room. The look is amazing and always generates a "wow" when visitors walk in. Ben and the team didn't rush us, and supported multiple design iterations in a very collaborative process. They were happy to advise but also listened to our ideas and goals. The installation was flawless, and they were flexible and innovative when the inevitable challenge came up, and worked well with our builders. We have already recommended them to a number of friends, and are happy to give them a 5 star review.
Such a great team - the design process was seamless and everything was completed on time. The whole team were really lovely. We had quite specific requirements, all of which were handled and the kitchen is holding up to all the wear and tear of our busy family.
Fantastic support throughout our whole new kitchen project. Our space has been completely transformed with our new Chartered Walk kitchen. The attention to detail, standard of service and support throughout was exceptional.
