Fantastic museum. Lot of local history and very interactive. Child friendly, my little baby 1 year old enjoyed a lot there and me too.
Lovely local museum with a little cafe selling hot food and drinks. There is an art exhibition that changes periodically. If you have young children it's a lovely place to while away a couple of hours. Plenty of things to touch, smell and draw.
The 4 children I had with me enjoyed going round. I had 6 to 13 years old with me and they all found something of interest to them. Very friendly and warm place to go. Free, toilets and cafe to. I will be going again.
Great museum of local interest. Great gift shop and home spun but lovely cafe. Very very child friendly. All in all a must.
Good place to visit with children - plenty of interactive sections including 2 kids play corners. Located in Queen's park which has a duck pond, aviary and climbing frames....and round the corner from the cheesecake factory!
