Really lovely place. Very impressed. Staff are very friendly and helpful but the check out can be a bit slow. Really enjoy my time having a look around and really great place to see a lot of seasonal items.
Love Charlies at Christmas always plenty of decorations to chose from. This year they got the big raindeer on display he's so cute.
I returned a bolt Cost about 2.50 which had fallen to pieces as I removed it from it's packaging. I was told I must have my receipt to prove purchase even though I brought it back with the original packaging.nThey'll be seeing a lot less of me in the future!
Charlie's Stores at the Parc y Llyn Retail Park, Aberystwyth behind Morrisons is a vast store selling a wide range of hardware items, outdoor clothing, kitchenware and garden plants and accessories. There is very good customer service and it is well worth a visit.
Sent a tool in for service, was told it'd take about 2 weeks, give or take transport back and forth from the warehouse.nWeek 5, and after many phone call, all on my part the tool has been fixed, but not returned.nThe lack of information provided, and customer management is terrible. If they called with updates, particularly when it went over schedule it would help, but the don't, and the updates they provided when chased are abysmal, and never changed or showed any progress.nnDisappointed, won't be using their tool services again.
