Very friendly and attentive staff. Quick service. In terms of food, it's nice but nothing special. Somehow seemed to be slightly different, not as good as other Fernández I've been to. Strange, I know as they all should be the same. Was not to keen on burgers, everything else was all right.

We celebrated the birthday of my daughter 2 adults and 3 children. The staff were very friendly, polite, and very patient with my children. The nachos portion was correct, they were crispy and the 3 sauces tasted good. The burgers are really small but they tasted good and the meat was very decent. My son's chicken tenders were delicious. The premises and the bathrooms are very clean. Thank you
We were served by Gaby, Pip mall and Rob. They were really friendly and provided a great service. The food is good but not the best. I would say it’s fairly priced for what you get.
Extremely attentive staff! Delicious, fresh food of very high quality. Huge bonus is that it is excellent value for money. My sisters and I barely spoke, we literally tucked into our dinner in silence! The restaurant is very clean and the overall service was fantastic. We would absolutely recommend Fernandez Grill house and we know we will be returning.
Attentive staff. Very limited food choice on Sunday lunch hours. Beef was a bit dry, and fortunately the side dishes were tasty.
Came here as a last minute thing for a big birthday. Staff both on the phone and in person were amazingly friendly and helpful. You could see that every table was getting attention and being made to feel welcome. This was just the kind of menu we were looking for and the food was really good and reasonably priced. Big portions! Loved the cozy atmosphere inside too. Cannot recommend highly enough and we’re looking forward to coming back soon. Kid-friendliness: Kids menu and crayons plus decent options for them. Didn’t feel like the kids were being seen as a nuisance which is a win for us! Parking: Small private car park at the back but also only a short walk from the public car parks.
Great service, the premises were generally clean. The burgers were good, downside is everything is a set meal, do can't just get a burger by itself. I had take out, it was only warm by the time I got home, so will ask for it to be super hot next time. Brilliant customer service!! The food was amazing and good sizeable portion. Can’t fault them, would definitely recommend and we can’t wait to come back here.
