I know everyone is entitled to their opinion but I totally disagree with the person who wrote the 2* review. I've used Charlies Parlour today and found the whole process and service they provided exceptional. I would highly recommend using them and I will do again for any other of my beloved pets when needed in the future. Vets may provide a similar service but this really is a personal one, can't praise them enough. Long may Charlies Parlour be there for our wonderful pets.

Charlie's Parlour were just wonderful, at a very sad time for us they were supportive and kind. Nothing was too much trouble. Paul was very sympathetic and thoughtful, helping us begin to come to terms with our loss. Our little cat was very ill and we knew it would be the last visit to the vets and we went straight from there to Charlie's Parlour. It was a comfort to us to know she was in safe hands and she was delivered back to us a few days later in a beautiful wooden casket in the shape of a sleeping cat, it really is a lovely memorial. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else in the same position.

We are so lucky to have found Charlie's Parlour through a google search. They are a small independent business who genuinely cares about your pet on their last journey, making sure they only handle one pet during the services. Unfortunately, most vets will only refer large operators in the industry because of their connections, they treat your precious ones as 'waste', and do it on a large scale . Do a bit of research before you follow your vet's recommendation! The little ceremony we did for our cat before the cremation was so beautiful, we couldn't think of a better way to say our last goodbye to him. Thanks for helping us during such difficult times Paul. x
