Do not use Charlie Browns. Had some brake pads fitted and was given a guarantee that while ever I owned the car I would get free brake pads fitted. I needed new brake pads again so I returned my car to Charlie Browns. While they were fitting one of the pads "something happened" to one of my calipers. My car was mobile when I drove it into the garage, but it was immobile shortly afterwards. They informed me that my car would cost £891 to fix it, but they will reduce the cost to £250 as a good will gesture. This cost me more that the "free" visit I was expecting.

Never had any trouble with them
