Rang up to have my car removed, best price on offer but told pick up would be between 7am and 7pm. Waited all day for a call, by late afternoon no call received and the battery on my phone was dying. When I rang the office for an update and irritated gentlemen told me I would be called when the driver was ab hour away and in future should make sure I have enough charge on my phone to enable contact to be made! Disgusting customer service so cancelled and went with a company that could agree a time. Don't waste time using them.
Bought a set of alloys for my 5 series BMW. The team there were good, responded to my questions, and were very fair on price. They called me back when I couldn’t get through. That was good.nnThe pallet was delivered on time as agreed. Alloys in condition I expected, as were the tyres. The wheels had TPMS sensors which also worked as you’d hopennAll in, very pleased.
Best place for tyres, spares and batteries. All come off crashed cars, some being almost new.
The only scrap yard I could find in the UK with new style parts. Paid very good price, communicated throughout collection process, packaged very well on a pallet and staff very friendly and helpful. Shame they are 2 hours away from me otherwise I'd shop there more! Highly recommend!
