We just recently bought a car from Newtownards Nissan and Naomi was brilliant. Very patient, explained everything thoroughly and she was extremely efficient. We will definitely be returning here for future business.
I have purchased nissan cars from this showroom now for a few years now. And always amazed by the.standared of customer servics each time. Staff always very knowledgeable and courtage. I ordered my new Motability car from Naomi the Motability specialist , she was very helpful , professional , friendly and very knowledgeable, she arranged a test drive for me, and talked me through the ordering process, and deposit etc, and kept me updated during the whole process, and what stage the order was at, and was very patient when i asked a lot of questions, i hope to collect my new Qashqai next week, which from ordering to collection was only 5 weeks, brilliant service Nissan, and massive thanks to Naomi for all her help, would definitely recommend Charles Hurst Nissan Newtownards and Naomi, she is an asset to the company, and great to see great customer service done naturally, always had the feeling i wasn't just an order number, but a valued customer, big thank you again
