Absolutely disgusting food and service. Ordered through just eat, told it would be 40-50 minutes. After 3 phone calls and being told it was 5 minutes away, eventually arrived after 1 hour 55 minutes, it was of sub standard quality and as expected stone cold.... Called to complain and ask for a refund, was told I had to raise my complaint with just eat... I wouldn't recommend this place at all, avoid at all costs.

STOLE MY MONEY!!!! Went to place an order on the phone but cancelled it in the same call since they couldn’t deliver quick enough. They’d already charged my card, and told me they would refund it following day. Next day I rang them and was told “we can’t process a refund on card” - absolute rubbish in this day and age. You can easily refund the card you have charged by refunding the transaction. Was told manager would call, he never did. Unfortunately I don’t live local so cannot re-order or demand a cash refund. Paid £23 for literally nothing, they essentially stole from me. Probably glad I never had the food now too after looking at the pictures and other reviews. AVOID THIS PLACE

Regularly order from here and usually don't have too much of a problem. Last night I ordered a chicken kebab and chips through the website rather than a deliver company. After an hour and a half the food arrived being delivered by a guy with a "just eat" bag which I couldn't understand. The chips were inedible. They were firm and it almost look liked they'd been reheated. The chicken was tasty but there was oil/grease which seemed to have seeped out of the container and into the bag which ended up making part of the pitta bread soggy. All in all it was very disappointing.

Worst food I've ever had! The chicken came out of a big paint bucket and was salty and bland. Didn't come with any veggies as advertised in the picture and to top it off, had a lovely long black hair in it. Never again!!

The worst take away I ever ordered. I never had to just put it all in the bin, but this was inedible. The liters of oil that the food was cooked in leaked all over the bag covering all the food in it. The salad tasted old and like it was sitting in the plastic bags for hours and the chips were soggy. The meat was grizzle and fat only and quite frankly disgusting. The restaurant would only sent us a new order of the same food. No refund of course. Do not order from there.

Placed my order online at 4pm paid online. Called several times to be told it was out for delivery. 2hours later still nothing arrived. After 2 and half hours food turnt up. I asked the driver how long had this been sat in his car he said 1 hour. So I checked food and it was stone cold, so the order was taken back to the shop to be replaced. It's been over an hour and no food has been delivered, I've called in a further 2 times and asked for a refund and been told no refunds your food is on way. 1hour 45mins later no food no refund now they won't answer the phone. Calling trading standards tomorrow.

Ordered a lamb doner wrap with no sauce, just a bit of salad. It arrived and the tortilla looked a different colour so I take a bite and it was spicy. Called the restaurant and they advised me that it was something to do with the meat.

The state of the food, ordered simple nuggets and was handed a tattered box with cardboard nuggets ! Never ordering again.

I'm giving two stars because I fully understand this is not fine dining and is not an expensive meal, but that's about where the praise ends. For the price you pay, the quality is really not great. Most items don't come with salad, sauce or anything bar the item itself. Ordered a chicken wrap? Then you shall receive a wrap with chicken, nothing more. Cheese is an additional £1 though... At time of writing, the wrap in the image was £8.50 to give you an idea of what I mean. The portions are small, the quality is bad and frankly it's overpriced for what it is. Sorry guys! If it's 2am and you're trashed out of your head, you could do worse. If this is your option for a sober evening meal, consider one of the many other establishments in Basingstoke.

waited 3 hours still no delivery and the shop said its been delivered. They pee'd me off so much I took a trip down there and got a full refund and a free meal which I waited to be cooked and dropped in straight in the bin. Waste of a place, the staff are lucky they still got legs and a mouth.
