The worse, The food was very cold, having to use the microwave to heat it up and the desert is very poor. Will not give a refund. Their hygiene rating is 1 out of 5
Had some chicken delivered for my daughter. See said it smelt funny. And it did . Do not buy anything from these. Got food standards involved
Delivery was quick but the driver gave out my personal home address!!! Which I believe should be confidential.
Disgusting attitude, service, food! They are just out to take you for every penny, no customer service. God knows what goes on behind the scenes however I’d stay away. Order At your peril. From my point of view Charcoal Grill is the worst abomination I’ve ever seen in Stroud. Best of luck salmonella is probably on the cards
Ordered a BBQ based pizza and received a tomato sauce base for my 7 year old... On this pizza was peppers because he loves peppers but it was to my surprise to find him in tears with his red and swollen lips after bitting into a jalapeño. NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR. Apart from the following hour of howling from my Son the pizza was okay.
Have ordered a chicken kebab from this place before, unfortunately exactly the same, horrible “wet” chicken and soaking pitta, also order cheesecake apparently. Looked like digestive, soft cheese with globules of jam chucked on top? Inedible!! Two words, don’t bother!
We ordered really looking forward to having it and after 20 mins they just cancelled the order saying it was too far when we are only 5 mins away
