Delicious food & coffee .  Need to book, as very busy. We went on early on a Sunday morning & it was full, with people queuing. Staff were very friendly & welcoming & service was very quick & efficient.

It's a hidden gem. At least it seemed to be to me. No doubt Cardiff's creative community have been using this place for years. Cinema and performing Arts as well as immersive creativity for all ages. I think it must be a hub for the Creative Community in Cardiff.nnJust looking at the events and classes on offer, seven days a week from early morning through to the evening. It's pretty impressive. I like the gender-fluid toilets with mirrors and cubicles for all to use. Very modern.nnThe cafe area is relaxed and there is a long bar serving excellent beers with non-alcoholic options of course. I must mention the large free car park to the side of the main building. Free parking!nnI want to return and use the place again. One of the nicest places in the whole of Cardif.

Thoroughly impressed with the space and the services offered.nnI think one improvement that could be made is to the seating area on the ground floor. It crowds the bar a bit which can quickly become a bottleneck when the venue is busy.nnThe theatre rooms themselves were brill, great to see the sound and stage effects team working behind the scenes at the rear of the seating area. Seating was perfect for a 1-2 hour showing, any longer might be rougher on the knees and back.nnStaff were super friendly, offered all sorts of recommendations.nnBeautiful outside seating area with heatlamps provided.

Chapter Arts Centre is a creative and welcoming space with a great mix of art, film, and community vibes. The exhibitions and cinema are always interesting, and the café is a nice spot to relax. A lovely place to spend time, though it can get a bit busy at peak times.

Love this place. Such a community feel to it. Tea is reasonably priced compared to other places in Pontcanna. Good WiFi and nice films. A good place to co work from with a coffee.
