Brilliant vets. They are there for the animal, not to make money out of you. Totally genuine, trustworthy, professional, compassionate and they go our of there way to help. I've been with them 10 years.
One year ago today I lost this beauty aged 5. Never use this vets again. They never answer me, because they can’t. So rude. I’ve got this beautiful boy now. I’m not trusting this practice with him
Kind, caring, knowledgeable and efficient, got an appointment the same day and at £12 a month for my cat for the package plan you can't go wrong, really made me feel at ease and that my cat was in the safest hands.
For the last few years, I have loved Chapel, but unfortunately, that has changed since the takeover. The practice isn't as welcoming. The new reception staff are ignorant, sit on their mobile phones behind reception rather than acknowledge customers, and Becky, I can only describe as obstructive. The ladies who have been there since the old Chapel are great... sadly, it's highly lightly I will be changing our vet practice - so disappointing 13/01 having been at the vet this evening to have my cats booster the receptionist told me to wait outside until I was called... it was raining. 3 weeks prior, the same scenario and Sarah the lovely receptionist let us stand inside, me and another pet owner cabins since flooding. I stood outside with my frightened cat for 5 minutes before going back inside, which is where I stated i would wait for 5 minutes due to the rain. Thankfully the vet called me through. When I left the room, the receptionist wasn't there. I waited for a few minutes before I was able to pay. Not at all welcoming, very disappointing once again and the same receptionist from my earlier review!

All staff are so dedicated to doing the best they can for any animal that goes to see them. All staff are lovely and welcoming and they don't mind taking the time to answer any questions I have. My cat has been in their care for 14 years now and he has got to this ripe old age becuase of how well Chapel House has looked after him all these years. Would not take my animals anywhere else.
So this practice cared for our beloved Border Collie for a few years until we became more unhappy with the poor level of service .. we moved practice thankfully a few months ago and found out little over a week ago that ‘Pip’ has terminal cancer I emailed Chapel today to cancel our pet plan for his annual booster/ flea and worm care etc and outlined my reasons for doing so - clearly explaining the diagnosis and prognosis I received a reply saying ‘ we will calculate your balance as you may owe due to the plan being mid term’!!!! NO expression of sorrow or compassion mentioned at all- indeed same goes for Helen who called me and told me the same!!!!! When I stated my absolute disgust with the email and her comments she replied ‘ well it’s good we owe YOU £11.00!!!!!! For a profession that supposedly CARES for animals and puts their welfare above and beyond shame on this practice and staff!!! Keep the money Chapel and buy some Care and compassion so future clients don’t experience what I have today!!!!!!!
I have been using Chapel House since it was founded 30 odd yrs ago. I was concerned when it changed hands that the quality of the service would not be as good, however I am pleased to say that I have been very happy with the care my pets and I have received. All of the staff seem caring, friendly, kind and efficient. Very happy with the services the team there provide. Big thankyou especially Dave the Orthopaedic Surgeon and Sam the Vetinary Nurse.
I have taken my animals here for many years always treated well pets have an annual review which is good. Pet plan available which provides flea and worm also annual Vaccination. Staff are always polite and do a good job in a very busy practice. I'm fussy so it must be good.
Had a lovely vet named Lucy who was extremely thorough and couldn't seem to do enough. So kind and friendly and I feel like I've finally got an answer as this was the 5th review I've had for my dogs ear problems other vets at different practices She explained things very well and answered all the questions I had with ease. The reception staff were warm and friendly and the place was immaculately clean. The wait time was alot longer than expected and I had my baby with me but they were extremely apologetic and I'm patient so I didn't mind.
