Can't express how grateful I am for the lady who gave me my Covid vaccine here- I'm not good at all with vaccines due to my autism and some past trauma, but she went out of her way to make me as comfortable as possible throughout the experience and was so skilled that I didn't even have time to process that it was happening until it was done! I can highly recommend this pharmacy, especially for vaccines.
I would like to say a big thank you to a lovely lady called Carol. Carol has always been so nice everytime l visit the chemist. I have made lots of visits for my Husband and Farher in law and been welcomed by Carol with a lovely friendly face and a professional manner and great customer service skills. Once again thank you.
Just had my Covid and 'Flu vaccines here. Was seen exactly on my appointment time, no waiting. Staff were efficient and friendly, and the pharmacist who issued the injections had superb technique. I didn't feel a thing. Highly recommended.
Mother in law booked in for flu jab on line. Attended and seen to on time, however was given a covid jab by mistake… did not realise till she returned and read her information leaflet. Rang to question if this was the case and sure enough… it was. Not good.
DO NOT USE TRAVEL CLINICnnTried to get a vaccination but was told to book online with Masta, which I did for the next day despite struggling with their terrible website and paying £25 booking fee each! and turned up to be told the person who does the vaccinations had left hours ago despite my confirmed booking. Now I can't get hold of any of the Masta team and I'm £50 down with zero vaccinations!!
