Unfortunately my little Belle had to pass over the rainbow Bridge . The vet was very nice and understanding. We were looked after. The only issue is not being able to spread the cost, something that needs looking into. A payment plan would be very helpful.
We had our first appointment yesterday and the staff all went above and beyond. My husband couldnt have been more positive about the experience if he had tried. From all the emails before the appointment, we were so at ease trusting them with our dog they are helping us with all the paperwork needed to get our dog to New zealand amazing team, amazing staff, amazing morals
Absolutely fantastic service we received today, probably saved us £600/700! We were booked in for one of our cats for dental surgery as the practise in Normanton told us both our cats needed it doing. We had the 1st done a few months ago and then today we had our 2nd one booked in. When I took her in to see the vet a very nice lady, sorry I cannot remember her name. She had a look and noticed it was actually build up of plaque on both side, she was able to remove it with her hands, Saving our cat from the surgery. She also helped me some advice about food and so gum treatment to stop the plaque in the future. Really couldn't be happier and even happier our cat didn't need to go through the surgery, thank you! Also just like to mention how helpful and cheerful the receptionist was, thank you all.
The veterinarian was 45mins late for my appointment. Yes she apologised once I was seen but I was not kept up to date during my 45 min wait. This is very bad customer service and nothing was offered for the inconvenience this caused to my working day. Overall good Vet practice but very disappointed with the wait time and customer service.
The vet that did my 18 month old Labradors booster injection is in the wrong Job she was so impatient with him she got frustrated that he jumped up and that he wouldn’t stay still for the injection she took no time to calm him he was in a totally new environment with dogs barking he was anxious I’m So shocked at how she reacted! first and last time I will use this vets the nurse that weighed him was lovely and very good with him
Great vet and team which I found really helpful and supportive with me and my cat Monty. They have tried the best to save his eye and that's all anyone can do. A big thanks to Lisa, Vicki and the team for a great service and support. Highly recommended
Honestly I'm disappointed. I booked my dog in for her restart vaccinations, I was told there was no available appointments at this branch and was booked in at normanton. I then called again to book her second appointment for her vacs and was offered an appointment for her first lot of vaccination back at caslteford as there was now an opening. I then got a text on the day saying I was down at normanton, I queried this and was told that the appointment is still booked at nomranton, along with another 2 appointments booked at caslteford. I queried why she was now booked in for 3 appointments and the lady couldn't tell me. I was also then told the vacs would be £67 all together, only to be charged nearly £80 upon having them done. I queried this and was told they would have to ask head office why I have been over charged. Not a great experience all around, I worked for paragon veterinary referrals and I am aware of how the industry works and this isn't it. I was also made to look like a complete fool in front of the vet and almost turned down because the receptionists had not done there job and request my dogs history from her previous vets. I will say the receptionists seems lovely, but I'm just not happy with the mis-information.
Team Chantry are amazing. My new rescue Freddie was made so welcome. The whole experience from start to end was polite and friendly and professional. Highly recommended to keep your pets in tip top condition
£140 for a booster vaccination and literally *one* flea tablet and *one* worming tablet.
Kristina the vet who looked after my dog was excellent, really looked after him and made him feel very calm. Brilliant explanation of what was going on as she examined him and fantastic aftercare advice. The booking process is very good and they did everything to get me next available appointment and because they have multiple surgeries I got a very quick appointment a few miles away The surgeries are spotless, the whole team there are welcoming and caring.
