Poor quality. The food was over cooked and cold when delivered
the worst service ever and the food is not as good as it once was. they cancel two of my orders and didn't show on Christmas eve last year pre order food using food hub. plus i have had food from here in the past that i wouldn't eat drank because it smell gone off. petty because wan Chan's chinese used to be good.
Just ordered and again not happy, we've always had a chans even when they have 0 hygiene stars but we will never order again as our food has been cold the past few times, they always seem to mix up something in the order. The chicken balls we had tonight were undercooked and had to throw them out, no point phoning up to complain as they always got excuses. Child's meal chicken nuggets and chips were a joke. The chicken nugget were the size on a pound and were very tough, my grandchild refused to eat them and then I tried one and they were tough and disgusting. If you think about ordering from chans don't bother it's not good food for the price and it will just go to waste. DISGUSTING FOOD!!!!!
