Truly grateful buyers! We would've given up a long time ago if it wasn't for the genuine & thoughtful help & assistance of the team at Changing Home - in particular, Andrew - who helped us finally buy a property. They never gave up on us, which means that they do the best for their selling clients as they kept our relationship over several missed houses to ensure that we were ready to buy their next instruction straight away! Buyer or seller, you will have your best interests looked after by these guys. Thanks again!

Pre 'Completion' all was fine & friendly, horrific experience on moving day due to vendor, Changing Homes did-not-want-to-know about our problems. All of a sudden e-mails are no longer returned, and staff are entirely unsympathetic to our plight, it's like we no longer exist. They have their 1% (+ the VAT that was never verbalised) and we no-longer-matter. Feel completely abandoned and will be writing to local papers and MP.
