Excellent location, very close to Victoria station. I placed a order online to get a better rate. When I went to pick up the order on a Monday lunchtime, there were four groups of people ahead of me but the wait wasn't that long. The man serving us was efficient and pleasant.

I've been coming here for years because this place has the best rates in London. The service is always great and helpful. The guy who works there is very friendly. And especially good news, there are no long queues. Would recommend to anyone!

Have waited for one hour to her my money from western Union.  Cashier said system is down and yet they allow me to signed and approves agreement on their apps pad. I have no choice rhan to wait for another hour. I have my elderly parents with me beavuse the western union money is for them, sent by my sister in the US. This is beyond belief Nit even a star is appropriate for this kind of service! I will not recommend western union and this branch!!! Appalling service !!!!!  100% NEGATIVE RATINGS!!!

Always the best rates at the London Victoria branch but unfortunately the queue is definitely discouraging. Last time  to pick up my pre booked currencies I had to wait for over 20 minutes because both staff were busy with customers making Western Union transfers and they took ages! The queue was horrendous! If I didn't pe booked my currencies beforehand I would definitely go somewhere else. Small suggestion: Perhaps Western Union should only be  made from one counter and the other counter for the foreign currency exchange?

Good location next to Victoria station just a 2 minutes walk. Service was good and fast.  We didn't have to wait too long to be served. Man who served me was friendly, thorough and polite.  The exchange rate here was very competitive and best in the Victoria area. For anyone that need to have a rest there are seating available in a small waiting area. Will return again for our next holiday exchange.

Great place to exchange money. Best rates I could find in London. Also my case wasn't a very straightforward one, so I needed some advice, and this is where this place really shined. People working here are professional, friendly and very quick to respond. Especially would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Marvin who was very patient and helpful along all the steps of the way and made the whole process much easier. Thank you!

Great service, very quick and lovely lady behind counter

I would say that I came here by accident while I was waiting my transaction HSBC bank i saw this place.. I tried to inquire and i was really amazed for the great value and very accommodating staff who is on the photo.. I would highly recommend this area for all tourists who would like to change their money to sterling pounds.. So far this area is the best for me.. Location is very easy to find. In front of HSBC and just few steps away from victoria gate stations..
