Small park but nice place for a stroll for a half an hour or so. Nicely labeled rose garden would be brilliant once they start to bloom. There was one rose called National Trust! Kids' play area was busy. Saw some heather growing nicely.
Nice park for a wander, sports grounds and flowers and green grass and a nice little pond. It's a great place for a calm stroll!
A beautiful park, so much to do and look at. Amazing gardens with beautiful flowers, ponds, café, tennis, cricket the list goes on. The most beautiful cedar tree which must be ever so old but stands there so elegant, the only one thing I'll say is please keep children from climbing up on it, so many children I saw doing this and parents or their guardian was just letting play on this amazing tree it's there to be admired not to be destroyed.
Love this park. It has beautiful well kept gardens and different sporting facilities and play parks too. Great for a nice bit of fresh air, sit down for a coffee or picnic.
A beautiful space with a small natural pond with trickling water into smaller pools. 2 good areas for climbing with one for younger children. Rose garden, well kept tennis courts etc. It was my garden playground as a child. Cafe. Not sure of opening times.
Lovely outdoor space. The flower gardens are gorgeous and well kept. The cricket field and football field are a great size for kids to run off their energy. Kiosk with cheap food and drink, wish they would start doing their specials again though to vary the menu up more. The play parks need more tlc and better equipment.
This park is lovely. It has so much for to offer, kids play ground, beautiful rose gardens, bike/scooter ramps and so on and on. Green fields round and round. Plenty parking spaces. Always a favourite for the kids scooting or riding their bikes. And all it takes is a bit of sunshine and this park would be packed. Brilliant. 5
Lovely park, nice facilities. Shame the animal enclosures from my childhood are no longer there but otherwise still a lovely park to visit. Plenty of room to walk about and a great playground for the kids
Lovely quiet park great for kids and the dog walker , nice little cafe for teas coffee and your snacks small fishing lakes , worth the visite plus beautifly looked after gardwns
Walk my dog here and have taken grandchildren
