I have spent sometimes with my friend, we have ordered coffee, lemonde & chicken/lemb sandwiches. However, the portion of sandwiches are too small size npt worth of money, with this price i can get full box of doner kebab from other restaurants.

From the moment I walked in, Jeewanjeet made me feel welcome with her warm and friendly demeanor.nI ordered a regular Karak Chai and a plate of Samosas, both of which were delicious. The chai was perfectly brewed, with just the right balance of spices, and the samosas were crispy and flavorful. Jeewanjeet's recommendations were spot on, and her knowledge about the products was impressive.nnOverall, Chaiiwala Southall offers a delightful chai experience, and Jeewanjeet Kaur's exceptional service made it even better. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning. Kudos to Jeewanjeet for her dedication and excellent customer service.
I come here regularly for the karak chaii - the best in Southall! I have had food on a couple of occasions - freshly cooked to order, good quality and well-presented, but allow for a wait during busy periods.n*Accessibility: Unfortunately there's a raised small step to exit the building. I once used the built-in slope to get inside, then got stuck in my powered wheelchair trying to leave. This could be easily solved with a small portable ramp for inside. Staff are always helpful bringing my order to me at the door, but it is embarrassing waiting outside to ask a stranger to get the attention of staff to serve me outside, and on wet days I would far prefer to be able to sit indoors. It puts me off going, as I can't order independently nor enjoy the surroundings inside. This could so easily be solved with a small ramp, and I have mentioned this to staff on several occasions
I have eaten here couple of times, had their breakfasts and sometimes afternoon chai with cakes. The English-ish breakfast was delicious, would highly recommend but only downfall was the bacon was little smelly. Their sausages have its own taste and flavours. The omelette roll with sausages was tasty too. Good service by their staffs, but the toilets aren’t so clean and smells.
