We enjoyed chaiiwala on a Saturday afternoon and it was not too crowded. The food was good. We had the potato pakora, pani puri and Mojo chips. The panipuri and potatoe pakora were very good the mojo chips were not my f around they had a bit of an off texture like maybe they were not cooked in the middle. I also had the vegan iced chai which was delicious and my partner had the chai which he said was very good. He also had the chicken tikka naan and Mac and cheese both of which he really enjoyed he also highly recommended the Mac and cheese! The staff were lovely we ordered with their codes on the table i do just wish that we would be able to see more information about the dishes on the qr code website, the descriptions were cut off and it was not very easy to see the allergens present on the i digital menu. Otherwise we had a. Wonderful time!
Great place to grab a tea and quick bite.nThe karak chai was piping hot perfect ! The cheesy naan to take away were great! Nothing to fault
A cool place for a good cup of tea and some Indian snack. Not too crowded and located at a perfect placein front of the bus stop. Take the bus number 17, 4 if you are travelling from city center.
I had the desi breakfast and picked the Chana Masala with Chickpeas paired with roti. Roti is a bit healthier, whereas paratha is more flavoured with butter. The set comes with a karak chai or karak coffee.nnYou can scan the QR code and order on your phone. I wanted to pay with cash, so I went to the til, and the very nice staff member recommended the Chana Masala! It’s a bit spicy, so if you don’t like it, Daal is a good option too
I’ll be honest when I say they have the BEST Masala Chips! The kebab rolls are mouthwatering and so filling! They also had a spring special Falooda Cheesecake shake that is something fascinating because I guarantee you that you may have had cheesecake before but never in a liquid form that hits your tastebuds like you’re actually drinking the Spring season itself Couldn’t recommend it enough. The place itself is very social and chatty, staffs are friendly. 10/10 from me!
