A relaxed tea room environment that serves a variety of hot and cold drinks and lots of reasonably priced food.nPerfect for having a chat with friends or a small meal.nThe prices are very affordable and the quality is decent. I especially loved the paratha and roti bread.
I’ve visited this café in both Bristol and London a few times, but my recent visit to the Bristol location has really put me off. The experience was quite disappointing. I ordered non-spicy fries for my child, but they were served spicy—definitely not what I had asked for. The kebab roll was another letdown: the kebabs were dry and tough, almost like they were reheated from frozen, rather than freshly prepared. It’s frustrating because if I wanted frozen food, I’d make it at home. The veg nashta was lackluster and not at all satisfying. The staff forgot my chai and had to remind them again.nnWhat really soured the experience, though, was the staff's attitude at the till. Instead of being friendly and attentive, they seemed disinterested and almost as if they were doing us a favor by serving us. It really felt like there was no effort to make customers feel welcome or valued.nnOverall, I wouldn’t recommend this place unless they make some serious improvements to both the food quality and the service. It’s clear they could do much better if they took the time to genuinely care about their customers' experience.nnHate to give 1 star as no option to give zero star.
I've visited yesterday , I ordered a chicken Tikaa Nann , brilliant tasting .nThe two ladies prioritised customers in-store allthough it was very busy...amazing customer service. You could tell they were kind-hearted and not just pretending to be nice .nThey rushed to clean the tables and provide us with tissues when we asked and a baby chair . Big praise for managing the store in such a busy time and keeping their cool .nThe prices were surprisingly high as I have not been there in a while , but worth visiting !
I had an ice cream recommended by ABDUL, please help me thank him. It was indeed a great one. I can’t pronounce the name but it begins with P.nnThank you ABDUL, he was really patient to attend to me.
Complete letdown. The prices at Chaiiwala are ridiculously overpriced for what you get. On top of that, the customer service is far from impressive. To top it all off, they had the nerve to charge £1 for an extra cup, something that’s usually complimentary at most places. It's clear they’re more focused on squeezing every penny out of their customers rather than providing a decent experience. I won’t be returning again.
