We were moved here from the Burntwood practice due to closing down. It's been a perfect replacement. All of the staff are very helpful, caring , understanding and reassuring. Victoria & Graham.
Really friendly team. Toni arranged my appointment efficiently and I had an appointment to see Pete. Identified the problem quickly. He was great. Fab service all round.
Awful place, been on phone waiting for over 15mins too be told there no face to face appointments and they may be able to book me in for telephone appointment but the Dr may not ring. Absolutely joke nhs is getting, got bad chest infection and all I want is antibiotics. To then be told to call 111 which having to wait longer on phone. Also been over 3 months I've had 3 lots of blood tests to then wait month each time to find out results. Then missed last results as was at work then to call them and for them to rebook. Never known anything like it!
Been with this practice for over 40 years. Moved with Reg Wherton when he first opened it so regarding the service I can speak from having a little bit experience.nnIt's easier to get an audience with the Pope than it is to get an appointment here.nTried using the pharmacy first only to be told they couldn't see me. Tried the GP no luck surprise surprise then tried 111 who advised me to do over an hour round trip approx 21 miles to New Cross as there was a surgery there. I obviously refused and someone called me back and raised the prescription I needed.nnAccess to GP's at Chadsmoor medical practice is shocking. I've never known it so poor in the 40+ years I've been with the practice!
Great conscientious medical centre. Except for appointment times that only seem to apply to the patients, the nursing staff will take time out to have a conversation in the reception area lasting anything up to ten minutes even if the patient who’s appointment times starting is left sitting in the waiting area !?
