Dropped in today. It’s my first time to there. It’s a small messy post office. I wanted to buy second class sign for 2 parcels and 2 letters. The male assistant insisted on selling first class sign for. He said Royal Mail strike , otherwise he wouldn’t take it. Then I paid for those two parcels. I also gave him a 50g small letter and one 100g large letter. I saw usual smile on his face. I paid and I left because I was in a hurry. A few minutes later, I checked the receipt and I found he charged both large letter instead of one small and one large. Then I knew why he was smiling. Every one drops in this post office should be very careful of this FOXY and DISHONEST male assistant.
Atrocious. I have been assured by Royal Mail that a parcel that was to be collected on 25th January 2023 was actually at the post office waiting for me. According to the counter staff they cannot find out.and are not interested. The "Post Office is no longer the efficient organisation that they use to be .
I've been in this post office quite a few times and have found the assistants very friendly. I called in today to return a parcel and discuss another parcel I'd sent previously and he was very helpful.
Absolutely mint service, better than any other post office going, shamas the cashier helped me on my parcel and money thanks you for good service I appreciate it alot
This afternoon, 8th December, I was waiting in the post office to be served. There was a dozen in the line and the young girl on the counter was serving customers. She was busy on her own, doing a busy job. A guy appeared behind the counter from upstairs. She asked him for help with the customers. He was tall, with a beard and black jumper on. He said to her, who do you think you are, that he had been praying and was now taking a break. What was her problem. What an ignorant man, to talk to an employee like that in front of the public. He made the girl cry. He said that you have only been here three days and need to be better. This man is a bully. I would not employ him. He shocked me and others in the line. While all this went on, two other guys were behind the front counter, not helping at all. Royal Mail do something about this rude bully. I wouldn't employ him. This is obviously discrimination!.
Absolutely brilliant service the man in the cabin is the best full knowledge better than rest of the post office I have been too would be using him permanently keep up the hard 10 out of 10
Went yesterday and the owner could not have been more helpful... maybe the best post office ever... Great service and friendly team...5
Even post office of shop was closed they let me transfer money from one account to another to stop me getting bank charges very helpful staff
Have used this post office for a while, it’s slightly out of the way. However I do prefer to come here as I found other p.o pull their face if you have a lot of parcels. Here, they’re friendly enough and more than willing to help and offer their services. Staff also lovely when I go in with my girls, my girls like that there is also a shop, they manage to pick up treats to keep them occupied whilst I am queuing .
Very worst place, I went their two times for deposit, first time for ₤500 and today for ₤940, I counted multiple times before going there aad the amount was accurate but both times he counted and ₤20 was less.
