This is me and my sisters favourite coop out of all the coops. Truly exceptional. Shelfs tall!!! Big tall!!!! Good selection nice car park really enjoyed the lovely cash machine i got a 7up cranberry, the first of many from this coop i am sure. Peace and love see u soon xoxo
Has everything you need, always fully stocked. You never have to wait to get served, the checkout staff are exceptionally quick and they never allow a large queue to form. There are toilets behind the checkouts. Staff are friendly and helpful. Negatives for me, snaking it's way around the tills is a steady line of tempting but very unhealthy food such as pastries, bakes and cakes often at reduced prices. I'd like to see this all cleared away or replaced with healthy options. Also the car park could do with a bit of attention. It just gives an overall impression of neglect. Markings need to be re-done.
Very expensive. Staff are pleasant enough. Manager very rude and doesn't even make eye contact when you walk past and phone constantly glued to her ear. I don't shop in this coop unless it is absolutely necessary. Never any tills on and have to queue for ages at the kiosk. Give it a swerve if you're in a rush.
Some staff are lovely others obviously do not like working with members of the public and are surly and unhelpful. Huge contrast. Whoever does the ordering of stock needs a serious amount of training as there are many times I have found no stock of basic items such as certain vegetables and fruit. When I asked a member of staff I always get a "Don't know" or a shrug. This store is understaffed, some staff need replacing and their attitudes changing, the stock control needs huge improvement and higher management should be brought in to implement these improvements. LIdl down the road is much cheaper and more efficiently run.
Very expensive, but convenience stores tend to be. Ideally located and well stocked with what I needed.
Wow. That was a huge difference to visit this store after Aberdeen. Slow, unprofessional customer service. Store was on a good location and surprisingly tidy inside. Has coffee machine.
No self service even though only one of the three main checkouts is ever in use and the automatic doors have been broken for close to 5 years now. Their prices are bad as well but that's probably due to no competition in the town except Lidl.
Well stocked with plenty of choice but very pricey to down right day light robbery but theres no local competition so the locals have no choice.
Always a pleasure to shop here. Staff courteous and friendly, stock varied and reasonably priced.
A well placed store that is usually well stocked. Be warned, now that the council is charging rediculous parking rates for brechin Town, the Co-op parking area is normally quite full. This is compounded by the fact that no-one seems to understand how to park.
