The car had been in since February after a taxi pulled out in front of me. Very quick to collect the car for work. Always kept me updated on how the work was coming along. Picked the car back up today and they have done an absolutely amazing job. Thank you. Highly recommend them.
I just want to thank everyone at CF Motoring services at Blaydon-On-Tyne. For going above and beyond to get our camper van “Mr Wiggles “ back on the road after the front wheel bearing fell to bits. This was after the RAC Left us stranded for 12 hours and then leaving us at Washington Travel Lodge for 2 days. Luckily a recovery driver from CF Motoring services came along and really took pity on us and put himself out to get Mr Wiggles back to the garage and the wheel bearing replaced in about 2 hours enabling us to get back on the road and continuing our 3 month road trip around Britain and the Scottish islands, we really appreciate everyone one at CF motoring services from the 2. Recovery drivers, the kind young girl and the kind gentleman in reception and of course the guys who did the repair who unfortunately we didn’t get to meet to personally thank. If only all garages were as professional in this way. I had worked in the motor trade for 30 years and I must say I’ve never experienced a company as helpful and professional as CF Motoring Services. So once again a massive thank you.
Michael was absolutely brilliant! He was friendly and professional and made sure that my safety was paramount throughout the recovery. He was referred to me as my allocated recovery when I called Green Flag after breaking down in heavy rush hour traffic on the A19. He was prompt to arrive, secured the location and checked I was okay before putting my car onto the recovery truck and took me and my car to my chosen garage. He even explained to the mechanic, at the garage, what the problem was before leaving. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company to others!nThanks so much, Mick. You made me feel safe and supported during what was a potentially scary situation!
My car recently broke down and after Green Flag assumed CF Motoring to attend, the service couldn't have been better. I was visited within 30 minutes, jumpstarted then they recommended that I could visit their fast fit garage for permanent repairs. I was pleasantly surprised by the reception, coffee and a comfy seat, kept informed, and all for an excellent price. The workshop staff were very professional and diligent, checking over the car in full for other roadworthiness issues. I will even consider going here first for any other repairs outside of a breakdown situation based on the quality and price I've experienced.
I reported a breakdown on the motorway and within 15 minutes was rescued by Chris who got me and and my car to a place of safety and then tried to fix my car.Unfortunately it could not be repaired at the roadside. However the service I received was exceptional and Chris was very friendly and explained all what he was going to do from first arriving on scene before getting me home safely. If I ever was to break down again I hope CF Motoring Services will be the company who come to my rescue as I was really impressed with the help I received and would highly recommend them.Keep up the good work!
