Genuinely no idea what was going on today in the store. Took some items in to trade, as I had done within the last few weeks. The woman serving us was what can only be described as befuddled. She must have checked each item about 10 times no, I’m not exaggerating and typing and re-typing into the system before eventually telling us 20 minutes later that it would be £x cash for 5 items.  5 items. 20 minutes.  Anyway, obviously got told testing would be needed fair enough but it wouldnt happen today fair enough, it was 430pm when we arrived…... Agreed with the price of voucher which we had to ask for, at which point everything was re-checked and re-submitted to the system. WTAF?!  After this, asked if I was a member - yes, gave details. Asked for ID - actually forgot it but stated that I was happy to bring it in the following day after everything had been tested, even pointed out steelbooks I had traded in the previous time i was in there. Nope. Mumbled something, mumbled some more. Was told cannot accept items. What I don’t get is that whilst we were standing there watching her check the earbuds for the 16th time, people next to us were selling for stuff for cash who weren’t members and had no ID but were told ‘don’t worry about it’.  No interaction between any of the staff. Each one looked like they didn’t want to be there and each one looked like they didn’t like everyone else.  Save yourself time by going to another branch if you absolutely have to use CeX. Keighley is actually alright.

When ya waiting in line for over half hour just to trade a few games in.. it gets very irritating and annoying that staff are too slow and  prefer to talk and have a chat than serve customers quickly and efficiently as possible..  Aswell as being pre-owned games are highly overpriced.. Very poor service ..

I had a lady by the name of sue that seemed to make excuses for the items I was just wanting to sell if you use this store do not speak to her also every item you take they try to give you very little as possible if your an avid gamer I would suggest the better store is game. Wasn't happy for the service i was given I was misled on the item I was willing to sell I was told the volume button wasn't turning up nor down I was fully aware my item was all working fine i think the staff who were maybe testing passed my item round and instead of really checking had passed the item to sue who also must be blind and not able to press buttons. My opinion is do not go to this shop for selling old tech use game I'm sure their service would be a better solution

Not much I can say for the products as long as they still insist of making rake/reproduction cover costing the same as legit ones. If the text on games covers looks blurry don’t buy it, they just print them.  Staff seem ok but it is very cramped at the desk when it’s busy. Only when you get to the DVDs and PS3 games does it open up.  Large amount of PS2 games, more than PS3 but not in variety.  It also looks like it’s located in the shopping mall from google bot the entrance is on the outside near where the escalator entrance is.

Been shopping at CeX for nearly a decade but the last few times that I have been in it hasn't been good. First off when I traded in a few games a couple of weeks ago and I got a credit note which I never usually do and wasn't informed that it was only valid for 1 week, then when I went into the shop a few days later to spend some of it and the member of staff that served me looked like she didn't want to serve me. Secondly I went in last week and spent around 15 minutes in the queue to get one game whilst there were only 2 people serving and the rest where chatting about personal life, I didn't even get a "sorry about the wait". I'm on the verge of going elsewhere for my games.

Always find the best movies and great bargains definitely would recommend

Its okay, it's the same thing with game tbh. The prices of certain games and accessories are way too overpriced for what they are, plus every time I go in theres a large line and only two people who are working whilst there are two stations that could be used to make it less busy than usual.
