Not much worthy computer electronics. Mainly games and game consoles. Not even a noticeable camera or lens. No PC monitor at all. Staff are so busy hanging out with each other they won't give much attention to customers' questions. At least this was my case
Good stuff and reasonable price. Attentive stuff always keen to answer your technical questions. I would recommend to keep the batteries charged so that the customers can check the second end devices before to commit to buy them
Superb customer service by the store manager, who fixed a problem with a phone bought online. He was extremely helpful, thoughtful and knowledgeable. My son and I were very impressed. Highly recommended.
Not a great experience, the price they offer you for things is way less than you could get on an online platform. I think the business model is designed around exploiting vulnerable people who need to sell things fast, not to mention snippy spiteful staff. Reading these other reviews here it seems that I’m not alone in thinking they really need to shake things up.
The products stored in this store seem good enough but unfortunately at times you could be stood around for awhile to be served due to the time it takes to serve customers.
Opening times aren't very clear... Today I got there 25 minutes before the closing time shown in Google and their website and they were shut already. Quite annoying as I went downtown just to pickup a game. I'd understand if I got there at 16:59, but that wasn't the case. It's not the first time this happens to me so that's why I'm posting the review now. Please update opening times accordingly...
