Excellent service. Andy Hudson was very patient and helpful in the whole process and made buying a new car a easy and stress free process. Car was immaculately presented and proved to be an excellent purchase.
Purchased a lovely little kia at a great price last September, no pressure sale, just honest advice & information. Car was amazing inside & out & drives wonderfully. It developed a small fault with the electric window a month after purchase. The after service has been outstanding!! Was told to just pop it in at my own convenience, due to needing the Car for work its taken me months to find the time to take it back but as promised the window has been promptly fixed. I've always found it very daunting buying a new car but i would reccomend this company to anyone, friendly, helpful, accommodating & most importantly honest.
Recently purchased a lovely car from Andy. Very smooth transaction and car was ready to collect as arranged. Unfortunately it developed a minor fault. The after sales service was excellent with the car being collected, fault diagnosed and rectified then returned back to us. All done under the warranty. We would have no hesitation in buying from them again.
I purchased a car from this site last September and at the time Andy said that should I have any problems to contact him In February I noticed a rumbling noise underneath, I contacted Andy who arranged for a garage to take a look at it, a worn front shocker was replaced at a good cost to me.sine the car was way out of warranty. I wish to thank Andy for going that extra mile by either collecting & delivering the car or collecting me to collect it. Great guy, great car, great service.

Excellent all round. Purchased a Mercedes C220 estate in August 2022. Initial conversation over the telephone were helpful and accomodating, it was easy to arrange an appointment and all information provided was accurate. The forecourt is presentable with quality cars and you can expect a quality service. The test drive was longer than expected and we were left in peace to examine the car and felt at no point any obligation. Payments and collection of the car, which was serviced and MOT'd and minor repairs conducted - cannot fault the experience. I can't say what their aftercare is like as we bought such a quality car that we haven't needed to contact them. If other areas of the business are anything to go by I certainly wouldn't worry. Would highly recommend
Purchased a vehicle from here last year, only driven it three times due to being on a provisional licence, put about 20 miles on the clock. Came to MOT time on Saturday and there was so much wrong with it; Front brake worn well below legal limit. Engine MIL inoperative or indicates a malfunction. Parking brake lever has excessive movement indicating incorrect adjustment. Brake servo defective or ineffective. Service brake efficiency below requirements. Parking brake efficiency below requirements. All that from 20 miles of driving? I don't think so!
Good service, no pressure sales. I was looking for a reasonably priced small car and am more than happy with the Ypsilon I purchased. Would have no reservations about buying another car here in the future.
