This review is for the Urban Quarry linked with this company. Whilst there was a little confusion with the initial order 3 tonne of stone the product was well priced including delivery and delivered within a reasonable time. The icing on the cake was the joviality of the delivery driver. His positivity made us all laugh on such a dreary day :
Very dissatisfied with polished concrete floor. Said it wouldn't crack or shrink, well it cracked. Been out twice to try to repair, apart from creating a lot of dust there's no difference. This was by no means a cheap floor, I'm appalled with the finish. Photos show after the repair had been attempted for the second time.
Heartless unprofessional outfit How could you advertise a job then employ a young girl Few months later one week before Xmas make her redundant. Simply telling her it’s a cost cutting exercise no notice just don’t come back. Totally heartless on the mouth of Xmas. Wouldn’t do it to a dog.
