Never Order through them again. Lied about delivery times and then very unhelpful customerservice, saying will be delivered when they can could be in a month or two!
Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered via Boiler Juice. Guaranteed delivery deadline from Certas came and went. No oil, no contact, no update. When I eventually got through they couldn't tell me when they would be able to deliver. Several days later when chased again, said they would call back immediately. Still nothing. They don’t answer phones. Oil tank empty. Seems our experience is far from unique.
Still awaiting oil that was ordered on 10th December 2022. It is now 30th December. Shocking customer treatment.
Rubbish service. I you ring to make a query you are kept waiting. 15 mins today and still no answer yet if you choose the pace an order option it is answered immediately. Waste of time though because they can't tell you when its due. My order was due yesterday . It didn't turn up due to a breakdown apparently but they have no idea when it be rescheduled. Took the money the day I ordered though where as other suppliers i use take it on the day of delivery.
Terrible service don't use. Ordered and paid for oil weeks ago for delivery by today. No oil delivery, can't track delivery , no-on answers phone or respond to e-mails within their time limit.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Absolutely terrible firm and should not be allowed to trade in this industry. Continually missed deliveries with no explanation and as you can see from other reviews, this is not an isolated situation! Awful customer services and no contact with depots! Will be reporting to OfGem!!!
Failed to comply with the notification and delivery notes, which were supplied by boilerjiuce.com. These notes stated that I required 24 warning of the delivery. Although the delivery itself was carried out very efficiently by the operator, Certas was lucky that I arrived home 5 minutes after the delivery lorry. Unimpressed.
Arranged a heating oil supply from certas via boiler juice. I've had 4 other companies deliver to us over 10years .certsas driver is incapable of reversing into our drive . now have no heating no warning explanation or anything . Avoid certas if you need reliability silvey fuels ended up £70 cheaper on 1000 litres

Very poor service, ordered oil and informed that there Would be a 17 day wait because of Christmas I presume, then when my delivery was due I received a text saying it was delayed, no reason just delayed, when I rang on two occasions on the same day to find out why, I was promised a call back on that same same day, I'm still waiting for the call back, the following day, and still no redelivery date, and to make things worse, the agents take forever to answer the phone, oil still getting lower and lower, Rubbish service.
