Best decision I made to start Pilates. Great instructor, very approachable and inclusive of all abilities. I started going as part of my post-natal care to improve strength, and to stretch out all those achy muscles from carrying young children...... also great for stress management!!!

I was reluctant to join this form of exercise for a number of reasons, ie injuries, recent knee replacement and had the wrong picture in my head of just what I would be doing. I am pleased to say that having been persuaded by my Wife who was already attending the Female classes, I have enjoyed the experience very much. Ceris is an excellent instructor of Pilates and has an incredible ability to remember what may or may not be good for you, depending on weaknesses or ailments.She gives you alternatives, to exercise the difficult moves particular to you. She is aware of every individuals needs and insists there be no pain.I really have felt improvement in overall fitness as a result of only six sessions. My Wife who started as a result of being presented with a Christmas present of a six week course, has not looked back from day one and enthusiastically recommends you try it, as do I. Raymond Cronin

I am so glad to have been introduced to Ceris’ classes this year. Having limited mobility I came along sceptical that I would be able to do much but soon realised this was not the case! Classes are small and Ceris is fantastic at tailoring the moves to individual needs so that you can always find a way that works for you. I’ve noticed a vast difference in my mobility in just a few months and can now do things I never thought possible! I’d definitely recommend Ceris’ classes to anyone but if you have any specific needs or are unsure about starting, these classes offer a unique opportunity to try things out in a fun and relaxed way.
