Very nice! Staff was kind and welcoming. I definitely recommend going and painting in store as it's only £2 per person and there are many art supplies and paints to work with.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Came to collect my item to see it had been broken. No call to let me know in advance. The man was so rude and dismissive. Would avoid.

Customer service was really bad , the guy was really moody and didn't explain anything to us. It took 10 days for them to glaze the pottery and there was unglazed patches on my mug

A bit more information and an offer of coffee would have made it better. Ceramics painting fine though.

Had a really peaceful time here painting with my cousin and friend. It was a nice way to bond whilst being a calming experience. Makes you remember how enjoyable arts and crafts are. The staff was really helpful and knowledgeable about the effects you can use on your piece. Looking forward to picking it up !

I took the children out for a fun day at the ceramic cafe and they absolutely loved it! We painted three plates for their family members and they were so happy to receive a handmade painted plate from the children! The price is agreeable and also, if you get the munchies, they sell the most amazing cookies ever!
