I visited the casino last night with some friends and our experience was awful. Downstairs looks abandoned, staff are miserable and drinks are over priced. Paid over £14 for a G&T. The only entertaining part of last night was laughing at the Christmas tree downstairs that someone had clearly fallen in to. I have visited on previous occasions and had a lovely time. Give it a few months and it will be gone, clearly not viable and management should be ashamed.
Attended the VIP launch event last night and what a great night it was. Everyone was so professional, polite and helpful. The event itself was above expectations and I’m sure everyone had a great night. The decor of the casino is second to none, very classy. Congratulations to all involved.
After a very long wait for a casino in my home town I have been very much looking forward to visiting... ...and I have not been disappointed! The staff are second to none. Very attentive, professional and friendly. The decor is out of this world with probably one of the most wonderful carpets I have ever seen. Well I am sure that I will be back very soon for a flutter and a ouple of drinks with friends.
Had a great night. The staff were very polite and helpful and the food is amazing - best burger I've had in a long time. Alcohol selection is also very impressive. Will definitely be coming a lot more.
What a night!! Went for my Hen Party and it definitely exceeded my expectations . I was truly looked after like a princess. Had so much fun, place is amazing with experienced and helpful staff, wide selection of drinks, great interiors and games games games - even got lucky before my lucky day Everything felt just right, place is so spacious it gives you different options on how you want to spend your time. Bath definitely needed a venue like this .
Popped in to look around. Took us back to our days when it was our local dance hall. Happy memories. We enjoyed it had a go on the slots and we won. Staff were very friendly we will definitely call in again.
Went there early evening and it was very quiet. Decent surroundings, need to join to get in photo ID but its free and takes a couple of minutes. Doesn't appear to be any dress code.
The general look of the place is good but the reception of the staff when proplems arose with one of the machines was appalling. We ended up getting marched off the premise over £20. The manger older lady with blonde hair was so rude to the extent it brought my wife to tears, the other staff was no help either. This leaving us to leave out of pocket and leaving a bad taste on our first night in bath. Unfortunatly i wouldnt recommend and suggest strongly that this company look at their recruitment policy.
Whilst the reception team were friendly & helpful, the Bar manager was rude and down right horrible to his team. Stood at the bar for over 10 minutes, patiently waiting my turn, despite the fact the Casino was not busy, but when it finally was my turn I was ignored whilst he served a man instead. He asked "Who is next" - I said "me" & he went on and served someone else. This would have happened a second time if a gentleman had not stepped in on my behalf. Added to this, a young girl came through from the kitchen to say she had made a mistake on an order. He made her stand and wait without telling her how to rectify it and she was clearly anxious & afraid of him & he was looking daggers at another member of the team who spilt some of a drink. I felt he was rude & arrogant and did not have any respect for his staff or customers.
Went here on saturday evening to play slots and roulette, myself and my husband were pleased to hear drinks were 2 for 1 up until 9pm we went to the bar to order 2 mojitos after waiting quite a while to be served a lady poured 2 pints of lager for us we told her we ordered mojitos she didn't know what this was so asked another member of staff the guy then disappeared for a few minutes came back and started serving someone else we asked what was going on with the mojitos only to be told there was no mint to make them! Well thank you for letting us know!!! Customer service at its worst.
