I have visited this coffee shop since its opening in Altrincham - My first impressions were excellent with well made coffee in very comfortable surroundings.
Been back several times and noted the coffee quality had dropped from excellent to mediocre. 
Today it was terrible - ordered a cappuccino with skimmed milk.
The espresso shot was already in the cup with no other customers in view so no idea how long it had been standing.  To this the barista added some multi steamed milk with large watery bubbles.
A great shame when staff are allowed to spoil good intent.  
I returned the drink to the counter after taking just a sip and was offered another one but had no faith it would be any better.
Why do coffee bars not use a single shot basket for singles instead of always using double baskets with no positive policy on how to deal with the spare shot.
