I had been to other shops for quotes and advice and was happy. I then kept seeing Centreline coming up in my social media a lot!!nnI took the trip over and from walking through the door I knew I was going to go through Centreline. The staff were amazing they knew exactly what I needed, other shops just told me I could have anything I wanted. These don’t, they looked at my photos and told me which fires are could have.nnI knew what I wanted and they were very good with pricing and advising me making sure I knew the extra cost of things.nnThey came out a few weeks later and it was all done and dusted in two days. They fitters were great and very tidy. I am so happy with the result and must be the only person wanting cold weather!!nnI would highly recommend they were brilliant. All the way through the process.
Brilliant. Absolutely brilliant. From start to finish the service from Centreline Fires has been top notch. Andy and Nigel who installed our burner were totally professional. They explained the process and gave us options where possible, cleaning up as they went along. And they were nice fellas to boot. All in all it was the right decision to use Centreline Fires. Also, Chris at the showroom gave us excellent advice, which helped us make the right choice of burner for our room. I highly recommend.
I had a stove fitted today. I can’t remember the two lads names that did the work, but they were class throughout. Professional and very meticulous. They worked very hard to ensure the job was done to a very high standard and gave a detailed breakdown of how it all works and what kind of aftercare was needed which I appreciated. Can’t recommend them enough. Thanks again!
Thank you so much to Mike and Jay who fitted our wood burner and new surround on Thursday. Everywhere was also kept super clean which is a bonus too. Thank you to everyone at the shop, made everything a breeze for us. We’ll be back soon for our other livingroom!
Jamie and Adam removed a gas fire for me and fitted a log burner - so happy with how it looks! The job wasn't straightforward as I wanted to keep the original solid marble surround - the lads were so careful and despite it being difficult managed to remove and reattach it with no damage. Friendly guys and they even cleaned up all the mess at the end of the day and left everywhere spotless. I received a heat proof glove and box of logs to get me started which was a nice touch. Lovely company, would recommend
