Upon arrival we have encountered problems with the ticket machine however the staff was supportive and assisted alternative. The train conductor was also very supportive assisting my elderly fathers needs. The train it self was very clean and comfortable.

Had a thoroughly enjoyable tour of the old railway station underground in Glasgow by Paul Lyon who told us the history and other people's memories /stories with great passion, he has a belief and love for all he says which gave us a feeling of belief too.I look forward to coming back when he gets to finish what he started in building the museum and recreating the station of the 1800's complete with an original steam engine train. Such a great story teller who gave us many laughs too. Thank you.
