Back for swimming lessons yesterday. Totally disappointed that people are walking around the pools in their shoes, a child riding his scooter, also someone with a buggy. What is happening to Harold Hill? The customers health should be prioritized. The prices are increased every year, and the quality of service provided does not reflect that. Bad management. Please provide overshoes or inform your customers to bring a change of shoes, as I did. Please consider everyone's health. I wonder how are you allowed to operate in this conditions. Many thanks.
Gym is always overcrowded, weights on the floor never re racked, never see staff unless they're hanging around chatting to one another. The gym has just had a refurb and already things look tired and filthy.nI've always had gripes with the toilet and spa facility, always dirty and the changing rooms are vile. Toilets are always out of toilet roll, soap dispensers broken off of the wall, sinks full of hair and the showers are never hot enough and continue for the last few years to have drain flies, these used to be very apparent in the sauna room, but I didn't see any last time i attended. I have spoken with management here and he seems to not care at all. I asked for head office details to further my complaint and was refused them.
On the website says 8-21pm at weekends. If you go train in the gym after 8pm they tell you its gonna close. During the week its 6-22 but you can stay at the gym until 22. So during the week you can stay until closing. During weekends you're not allowed. This need to be rectified and it's not correct. I'm paying to use the facilities until a certain time and 1 hour is being taken off!!
- Great staffn- Unfortunately equipment takes 6-8 month to fix. Currently hamstring curls is broken since Jan/Feb 2023n- It always busy. Wish they think about opening earlier and closing later to meet current demandn- Expensive gym compared to others down the road which offer a bit more and are 24hr!n- Not cleanest gym. Always beard trimming in the sink of men’s locker room, toilet always blocked and just always smells unpleasant. Bins is positioned next to water fountain.nnGym needs serious investment into new equipment and overall rethink. If not they should sell up to a brand that can do better job.
You'd think for the price there charging monthly & annually simple things like the health suite showers would work properly. One thing after another with this place. First we put up with maggots/worms in the steam room for basically a year, now we can't get proper running showers.
