An affordable night out for the whole family. Get supporting this place people or they will turn it into houses like they did to the Crayford one.
Service is terrible. Staff are rude. Food was microwaved. £35 would be better spent on a KFC bargain bucket and YouTube racing imho!
We where very disappointed with our night out. First we thought we had booked a window seat but the seats were up a tier and back from the window and the view to the track was obscured so had to watch on the monitor. The main thing we where very unhappy with was the food. Every thing was cold the main corse we had lasagne was not only cold but unedable burnt and just tasted of salt.The service was so slow waiting 2hours between starter and main course only got our pudding quickly because we complained. We made a drinks order but after waiting 20 minutes we had to order again we had been completely forgotten about. This could of been a really good night out if the food and service was improved. We won't be going back.
The facilities themselves are somewhat dated. The atmosphere is fantastic, great to see so many people cheering their respective bets across the finish line. Great evening out for all the family and friends.
Great value and great fun! Sunday afternoon meeting: restaurant ticket is £20 and includes admission, race card, 2 course roast dinner and 12 races, betting and bar service at your table. Really great!
