Tiny little fault appeared with summer house. Absolutely no problem from making phone call to report issue to the fault being fixed. Cannot praise Jason and his staff enough. Terrific service and custoner care.
After a fair bit of online research I went to these guys this morning to order a Shed and Summerhouse for my back garden. From the start Jason at Central Fife Sheds was very knowledgeable about his products and how they could be modified to fully meet my needs, he and Anne in the office was also extremely friendly. The quality of their products were also much better than I expected. I chose both items with the Shed being one of their 'ex-display' in the showroom ones. I ordered and paid for both, the Summerhouse will be delivered in due course following manufacture. The ex-display Shed was only paid for today at 11:08 with their guys turning up at my house to install it within 2 hours. Yes 2 hours, and this included dismantling it in their showroom and transporting it 15 miles from there to my house! Their delivery team were also excellent and friendly, making very short work of installing my Shed. Outstanding service and I can't wait for the arrival of my Summerhouse in due course!

Called by 13/5/21 to order a summerhouse and shed and pay a deposit. It's one of a few places to use 'redwood' and not just the usual cheaper quick grown pine. Update :- Well we ordered at the beginning of May and it's now September and still no summerhouse and shed. No contact at all from the company to update us on their reasons for the delay or issue a new timescale for delivery. Had to visit to get an update. Update :- Well it was delivered and partially installed at the end of October by a good team of lads I say partial because internal partition separating the shed from the summerhouse wouldn't fit and was taken away. The glass in the doors was not safety glass and the central doors jam stopping them from opening / closing. Again no update from the company as to when the problems will be rectified......unless you chase them. It seems I have to wait another month before they are willing to complete their job. . Customers should have their buildingsj fully completed and not be left hanging on 4 weeks when the construction and installation faults are 100% theirs. Currently we would not recommend them as the building is incomplete and we cannot use it for it's intended purposes.Services: Shed installation
