Most rude person I have ever met served me in this store this morning.
They don't know how to accept a UPS parcel or just don't want to get it. Claimed that there was a problem with the label but was able to send with the same label somewhere else.
I've never been to a store where the staff are so utterly rude and god dam miserable. I was served by the manager this morning and her attitude was disgusting. Have written a letter of complaint!!!!!
Most staff ok but some really rude shall shop some where else ok if you want sweet rubbish poor some people have never heard of good customer service shame use to be good there.
Went out of my way to get here to drop off a UPS parcel, to be told they wouldn't take it because the parcel was too big. It was not big. If you don't have the space, don't offer the service.

Dont agree with staff members discussing other peoples children to me, regardless if know them or not it's highly unprofessional and has led to serious incidents outside the premises family homes false accusations also, just not a good place to have in the community at all.
Great staff and there not racist just be 2 of the reviews are lies
It's overpriced and limited selection, but staff are always friendly and helpful.
