After 3 long lovely days walking on Dartmoor this cafe was the relief we needed. Kate was a blessing helping us get back to civilization after being stranded Can't thank her enough for her kindness and knowledge of the area. Their coffee are good, and the people even better! Great place for a postcard or a handcrafted momento too.
New ownership about one year ago, supplying great coffee, great atmosphere. A perfect stop off on a sunny day.
Lovely coffees 1 x iced, 1 x proper flat white + delicious bacon sarnie on hand cut bloomer bread were all outstanding, AND with Stokes ketchup!! I won’t order scrambled eggs out, as they’re usually overcooked, but saw some come out, that I would have ordered in a heartbeat.
I loved the vibe of this cafe! I had a brie and cranberry panini and it was delicious I also had their homemade chips which was truly something else! Very tasty, along side the hot chocolate which was amazing! I loved the marshmallows and cream as the extra touch! I will definitely will be visiting again soon!
Very warm and welcoming little cafe, which a good breakfast and lunch selection. Food was very good, service was excellent and it had a lovely atmosphere. Busy with others stopping off on the moor.
