Me my partner an 2 of my children are already back homeWednesday, we left last night due to all the stress coming to Center Parcs as caused us what with the mould, cobwebs an someone else's rubbish still being in the lodge. I paid £711 an £45 of that was so I could pick the lodge I wanted!!!! Yes you gave us a different lodge but that was even more stress on my too girls one as autism an the other OCD and is a germaphobe an you think giving me £150 voucher makes it all better well your wrong I have paid for an holiday we have not had an it as made my 2children ill. I have been coming to Center Parcs since I was a very young child once or twice a year an never had to complain once, now I won't be coming back no more your standards have really dropped an at a time where everything should be deep cleaned it's disgusting... 3006909 Mrs A BRADBURY

HotTub Maintenance is conducted by Tech and 'Splash & Dash' is the term used to quite literally guess the amount of chemicals to be added or not to the HotTubs. Company procedure & guidelines are completely ignored. Company employ Seniors to Spy on new members of staff being trained by 'Splash n Dash' operatives. Data test sheets are fraudulently recorded by way of time inserted and chems added, the 'Splash n Dash practice also includes adding chems but not recording amounts added.nSo for example,nI'd start my day on the first tub at approx 08:20 the Tech guy training me would write 08:20 for the first test, Test the Tub and get a reading of lets say 5.94 on Bromine and 5.78 on PH, he would write those figures down on the test sheet, then fill in 'YES' to retest & then 'Splash n Dash' by quite literally throwing in more chems then fraudulently writing in 10.76 for Bromine and 7.13 on the retest for PH for example , not conducting a retest just guessing the outcome. Result he's just gained 20 minutes, onto the next tub for 08:25 write down 08:40, test the Tub & lets say he gets a reading of 6.87 Bromine and 6.79 PH, he would 'Splas n Dash' and write on the test sheet say 10.94 Bromine & 7.04 PH, fill in no retest, he would then repeat this method until the first tests of the day had been conducted, sometimes the results of a test were recorded correctly because the test had come within the parameters of CP guidelines. He would then wagg off at around 9am although the last first test would be down as 09:45 or there about. He would reappear at 10:00 to commence second testing, second testing would be completed by 11:00 but the last second test would be down as 11:50 or there about then he would wagg off again and reappear at 14:15 to commence the final tests of the day, if on the final tests of the day came in Hi on Bromine he would drop one third of the Tub and write down a Hi reading within the parameters say 11.81 & a 7.22 PH so he could finish his day at 16:15. This method of testing has been going on for years and apparently all Tech HutTub guys on all sites do it.n#healthandsafetyn#whinfellforestn#centreparcsn#penrithnNB I resigned so I could post this publicly.
Staying at Sherwood forest resort, when booking we were informed that we would have a hot tube with the executive lodge arrived to find no hot tub for £200 but a sauna that we cant use, we also paided for the essentials pack that they have no record off for £26 they have no recond of the 3 calls made but only 2 but have no record of us ever mentioning a hot tub, very unorganised company will not be staying again
Fantastic, always great fun. For trips with the family or friends. Love the fact it's so close to home.
