Usually straight in and out, but now they check every bag for what's in it! Delays time. Long queues.nStaff are pleasant and helpful
Great staff, really helpful and friendly. If you speak to any of the staff they are happy to check what you want to dump and tell you which skip number to use. Very well kept and tidy.
Great staff, John was exceptional, carried all our waste from car to skip, great laugh.
Old bloke having a go at me for not putting the hard plastics in the right bin....granted that the gate for hard plastics was padlocked and the other fella told me to put it in the none recycling then making me pick everything back out as he unlocks the gate... Terrible attitude and speaking to people like something you've stood on while making them do your job just because you're too busy stood around taking to your pal
Sooo… I’ve just spent 4 hours at this place as my car conveniently broke down as I was about to leave! Nightmare!! But ALL the staff were so lovely and friendly, they had a look to see if they could help me I know nothing about cars! They even let me use their toilet and made me a brew!! They also stayed open half an hour past their opening time to wait with me till the recovery van arrived!! They never moaned once! Just really friendly and helpful!! Made me feel really at ease in an extremely stressful situation!! It’s great to see that there are still some really decent people around! If I was to break down anywhere… I was lucky it was there!! Great team of staff!! Thanks guys x
